Who we are

What we collect

Only what you type into the estimate form:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address, if you give one — it is optional
• The property address or ZIP code
• What you tell us about the job, and how soon you need it

We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this website, and we never will. If a page ever asks you for card details, it is not us.

Why we collect it

To reply to you and to price the work. That is the only reason. We use your details to contact you about your enquiry and to prepare an estimate — nothing else.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are dealing with your enquiry, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we have a record of work quoted and carried out. Where we have done work for you, we keep the record for as long as we may need it for tax, warranty or insurance purposes.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your details to anybody, ever. We do not pass them to marketing companies, lead brokers or directories.

Where a job needs a specialist we do not do in-house, we may pass on what that person needs to do the work — usually your name, the address and a description of the job. Nothing more than the job requires.

Two services handle your submission on the way to us:

• Web3Forms receives what you type into the form and emails it to us. They process it in order to deliver it.
• Microsoft Azure hosts this website and, like any web server, records requests made to it.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies. There is no advertising tracker, no tag manager and no analytics on it — nothing follows you around, and there is nothing here to consent to.

If that ever changes we will say so here first, before turning anything on.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it or delete it and we will. There is no form for this and no account to log into — call or email and a person will deal with it.

Children

This is a website for people who own or manage property. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything about them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your details we will update this page and change the reviewed date at the top. The current version always lives at www.btwhomemaintenance.com/privacy/.
